Dr. Lucas joined our practice in 2005. He is originally from Cochran, Georgia. Dr. Lucas enjoys church and family activities, as well as several outdoor hobbies, especially involving horses. "I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the members of this community in such a meaningful way." Dr. Lucas also serves as President of the Crawford W. Long Medical Society, Chief—Division of Medicine at Athens Regional Medical Center, and Medical Director of Compassionate Care Hospice.
